Yes, you may go to some cooking channel on tv and watch someone cooking but can you smell it, can you taste it, can you eat it. Heck no! Traveling out to the Hub Supper Club on a Tuesday night in October, I was treated to a pasta meal at the hands of Chef Andy Seifert. Now my idea of pasta revolves around macaroni so not only did I receive a show and a great meal but an education in "pasta" also. And for the sake of disclosure, I've known Andy since the day he was born and am proud of it.
Don't read about it. Watch the videos and next year when they resume pasta night at the Hub, go partake.
