Pillsbury, Minnesota supplies the other half of the 4th of July's dynamic duo with Ward Springs. Not quite as wet (depending on where you stood) and a little more sedate than Ward Springs' 4th of July parade, Pillsbury's parade offers the same fun and benefits; just a smaller dose. With Ward Springs parade starting at noon and Pillsbury parade at 2:00 p.m. there is no reason a person can't enjoy both.
