It sits empty most of the year. The weathered fencing around the corral has nothing to do but watch as the grass tries to get a start in the black, dusty earth. But once in awhile the magic happens. Life comes to visit as the annual T & M Riders Horse Shoe comes to town. Suddenly, like a whirlwind across the cornfield, it is kids and grownups, cowgirls and cowboys, riders and spectators and horses, lots of horses.
